Job summary

AdvisaCare is seeking Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care. You’ll support clients in their own homes, delivering compassionate care tailored to each individual’s needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current HHA or CNA certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• CPR certification required.
• Pass background screening and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home care to clients.
• Follow care plans and document care activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and families.
• Travel to client homes across the service area.
