The Nurturing Nook is hiring part-time on-call substitute childcare teachers. You will work with children across age groups, with flexible hours to fit your availability and the option to support neighboring locations.

Compensation ranges from $16 to $18.50 per hour, based on education and experience. The role offers a friendly, child-centered culture and opportunities for growth through training and advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to pass all state background checks.
• Enthusiasm to be part of a dedicated, driven, and collaborative team.
• Joy and fun while teaching our future leaders.
• Past childcare experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as On-Call substitute floating childcare teacher based on weekly availability.
• Work with all age groups as needed.
• Support neighboring locations and adapt to schedule.
• Provide engaging, age-appropriate activities and maintain a safe environment.
