Job summary

Flagstar Rehab is actively seeking Occupational Therapists to work in skilled nursing facilities, offering flexible full-time, part-time and per diem schedules. We provide W-2 pay at $46-$48 hourly or 1099 options at $57-$60 hourly, with remote onboarding and quick placement to minimize downtime between assignments.

Requirements include an active NYS OT license and registration, valid BLS, and EMR competence.

Qualifications

• Active NYS OT license and registration
• Valid BLS certification
• Proficient with EMR software systems
• Meets all State and Federal employment requirements for US nursing facilities

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans under supervision
• Deliver quality occupational therapy services to SNF residents with diverse diagnoses
• Monitor and document patient progress using EMR tools
