Job summary

FAR Inspections is actively seeking a reliable independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Keokuk County, Iowa and surrounding communities. You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications and report findings using mobile reporting apps.

You control your own routing, schedule, and territory; this 1099 position pays a flat-rate per inspection with earning potential equivalent to $25–$35 per hour.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor status with own equipment.

• Ability to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
