Qualifications

• Licensed by Texas State Board of Medical Examiners.
• Board eligible or certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Minimum of one year of clinical experience preferred.
• High ethical standards and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and relate to culturally diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills; Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex medical documents.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients and establish preventive care practices.
• Record medical histories and order diagnostic tests.
• Analyze test results and diagnose conditions.
• Administer treatments and prescribe medications.
• Educate patients on wellness, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Recommend dietary and physical activity plans.
• Administer immunizations and perform procedures within scope.
• Refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Supervise and mentor residents.
• Participate in clinical meetings and maintain documentation.
