Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a NYS-licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Passion for working with children and families.
• Self-motivated team player with patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric therapy services and evaluations for children birth–21 in natural settings.
• Educate families on intervention strategies to support carryover.
• Work in homes, daycare centers, clinics and community settings.
• Follow established therapy plans, plan ongoing treatment and document progress.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain confidential child/family records in HIPAA compliance.
