Job summary

Nexus HR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to perform H&P exams on government personnel in a single-visit, insurance-exam format. Expect extended 60-minute appointments focused on thorough chart review and physical examination.

We offer flexible scheduling with a minimum of 12 hours per month and optional office-space leasing in preferred areas such as Astoria, OR. A current unrestricted NP or PA license is required.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted NP or PA license (board-certified).
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; detail-oriented documentation."
