Job summary

Medical Outsourcing Solutions is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our facility-based imaging team in Peoria, IL. This role offers part-time and contract options with a 24-hour weekly schedule and competitive hourly pay.

You will perform Nuclear Spect Imaging, maintain imaging equipment, and collaborate with physicians to deliver high-quality reports. A patient-centered approach and current NMTCB/CNMT/ARRT(N) certification are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nuclear Medicine Technician (NMTCB/CNMT/ARRT(N)) is required.
• Active BLS certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks.
• Experience with nuclear imaging procedures and aseptic technique is required.
• Ability to educate patients and ensure comfort during procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Nuclear Spect Imaging to assist in diagnostic evaluations.
• Maintain and operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality images.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret results and provide accurate reports.
• Educate patients about procedures and ensure their comfort throughout the process.
• Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in nuclear medicine.
