Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment is hiring 1099 NPs to perform in-home health assessments across Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plans. You set your own schedule with pre-populated forms and a structured workflow; no treatment plans, no nights, and no weekends required.

New grads are welcome, with a base rate of $80 per completed assessment and a tiered pay structure. 60 hours/month minimum, travel options, malpractice insurance, and broader regional coverage help maximize

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-scheduled in-home health assessments.
• Use pre-populated patient forms and structured workflows.
• Submit the forms after each visit; no treatment plans needed.
• Travel assignments may be available with airfare, hotel, and rental car covered (eligibility-based).
