Job summary

Hueman is seeking Nurse Practitioners to conduct in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members around Bakersfield, CA. This role offers flexible scheduling and travel to patients' homes, with guidance and training provided by the company.

Qualified NPs will have a Master's degree or equivalent experience, active NP license in the state, national board certification, and current BLS. Previous paid clinical provider experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or commensurate NP experience.
• Active NP license in the state.
• National board certification as NP.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from patients' homes.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
• Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Provide patient education on wellness and preventive care.
