Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Florida Nail Specialist, Nail Technician, Cosmetology, or equivalent license.
• Experience providing manicures and pedicures required.
• Strong acrylic and nail-design skills strongly preferred.
• Waxing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of sanitation and infection-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional manicure and pedicure services.
• Apply acrylic nails and nail extensions.
• Create professional nail designs based on client requests.
• Perform nail shaping, filing, polishing, and general nail-care services.
• Apply regular polish, gel polish, and other nail products.
• Provide waxing services when assigned and properly qualified.
• Consult with clients regarding nail-care preferences, designs, services, and maintenance.
• Deliver friendly, respectful, and professional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized workstation.
• Follow Florida sanitation, safety, and cosmetology regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of salon services, products, and pricing.
• Recommend appropriate nail-care services and products to clients.
• Assist with appointment preparation, client intake, and salon organization as needed.
• Manage service time efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Build positive relationships with returning clients.
• Report damaged equipment or supply needs to management.
