Inspections are brief, external visits; you’ll drive across a rural territory with longer stops and report on general property conditions.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and smartphone capable of running reporting apps.
• Computer with internet connection and a printer to submit reports.
