Job summary

You will manage your own routing and schedule; inspections are brief (5–6 minutes on-site) with 9+ photos submitted via mobile apps.

This 1099 position pays a per-inspection rate with earnings roughly equivalent to $25–$35 per hour, depending on volume and territory. Contractors provide their own equipment and must pass a background check.
