FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential mortgage inspections in Chatham County, North Carolina and surrounding areas. You will conduct exterior occupancy verifications and report on general conditions with autonomy over routing and schedule.

As a 1099 contractor, you manage your own time and territory, with standard inspections designed for quick on-site visits and prompt reporting using mobile apps.

Qualifications

• Independent contractor with own equipment and vehicle
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines
• Ability to pass a standard background check
