Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Waxahachie, TX is seeking Team Members to welcome guests, promote the brand, and provide outstanding service. You’ll help maintain high quality food and beverage standards while keeping the store clean and safe.

This role offers growth opportunities as many team members have progressed to leadership positions. The position emphasizes a friendly, brand-driven experience with flexible scheduling, including early hours and no evenings or nights.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience a plus, but not required!
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.
