Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Marion County, Texas and surrounding areas. You are paid per inspection with an on-going volume potential and control your own schedule and routing.

Normal inspections are brief, on-site visits with 5–6 minutes required per location. Contractors must provide their own vehicle and mobile reporting tools, and pass a background check to begin.

Qualifications

• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Self-motivation and reliability for fieldwork in the assigned county.

Responsibilities

• Determine property occupancy status based on standard indicators.
• Capture 9+ photos and submit reports via mobile apps.
• Maintain territory coverage and meet deadlines across the assigned county.
