Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Sutton, WV. You will display and maintain greeting cards, gift wrap, and related products, while keeping backrooms organized and inventories updated.

No experience is required; training is provided. The role emphasizes independent route work, daytime scheduling, and holiday peaks. Benefits include paid training, 401(k) with company match, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 18 yrs or older
• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English is required
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Access to reliable transportation for multiple locations
• Access to reliable internet for updates
• Comfort with using a company tablet for training and tasks
• Weekend availability around major holidays

Responsibilities

• Service stores on your assigned route, merchandising and organizing product orders
• Display products within greeting card departments and other locations
• Maintain organized backrooms and perform inventory tasks
• Communicate questions or schedule concerns to management
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time-management and organizational skills
• Build relationships with store associates and management during daytime hours
• Be available for additional days and extended hours near holidays
• Provide occasional assistance with store resets including minor fixture work and product assembly
• Review weekly service schedule and workload in assigned stores using a company tablet
• Work independently and as part of a team
