Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a motivated Merchandiser to service retail locations in your assigned area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will stock shelves, update planograms, conduct audits, and report findings via a mobile app, building strong relationships with store staff while working independently in stores across your local market.

This role offers on-site work with a flexible schedule and no upfront experience required, as virtual training and ongoing support

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and report via mobile device.
• Retail or merchandising experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Able to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
