Job summary

Boomerang Transport is seeking drivers in Merrill, WI to transport injured workers to their appointments. You will use your own 4-door vehicle (sedan/minivan/SUV under 15 years old) and set your own hours.

Earnings include hourly pay for wait time at facilities when approved and per-mile incentives are described in the job details. Eligible candidates must be 25+, hold a valid driver's license, maintain auto insurance, have a mobile phone, and be a US citizen or resident alien with a TIN.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver's license.
• Have a 4 door sedan, minivan, or SUV less than 15 years old.
• Must be at least 25 years old (Eligibility).
• Must be current on personal auto insurance.
• Must have an active cell phone plan; prepaid plans require proof of 6 consecutive timely payments.
• Must be a US citizen or resident alien with a Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN).

Responsibilities

• Transport injured workers to medical appointments from your vehicle.
• Rides are scheduled in advance to fit your schedule.
• You will be paid by the hour for wait time at the facility when wait time is approved.
