Job summary

Mathnasium is seeking a Math Tutor to inspire K-12 students and deliver engaging math instruction with ready-made lessons. You’ll teach from Kindergarten through Pre-Calculus and SAT/ACT prep, with paid training and no prep required.

You’ll work a flexible PM schedule (3–4 hours, 2+ weekdays), team-teach with the Center Director, and have opportunities for advancement toward Lead Instructor or full-time roles. Training is provided if you’re new to the role.

Qualifications

• Strong math skills through Algebra I; Geometry+ preferred.
• Love working with kids and ability to motivate.
• Must pass a background check and clearance.
• Available 2+ weekday afternoons for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Teach Kindergarten → Pre-Calculus, SAT/ACT.
• Motivate with real-world examples and track progress.
• Team-teach with Center Director.
