Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Experience using measuring devices and inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with production activities including coil changes, packaging, labeling, stacking totes.
• Support machine setup, startup and shutdown procedures.
• Assist assembly operations to meet customer demand and production schedules.
• Follow work instructions and quality standards; verify components meet specs.
• Maintain 5S and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Document production records and use company systems as required.
• Assist in training team members and support cross-functional activities.
