PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Venice is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our nursing team on-site. The LVN/LPN provides patient-centered nursing care under the direction of an RN, collects data, and carries out orders to support recovery in a rehab setting.

Qualified candidates hold an active LPN/LVN license in Florida (or compact license), current BLS (AHA approved within 90 days), and IV certification if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under the direction of an RN on the unit.
• Gather and report patient data and carry out orders.

• Deliver age- and population-appropriate care in accordance with PAM Health policies.
