Job summary

PAM Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Aiken is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to provide nursing care under the direction of an RN on the unit. The LVN/LPN will gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures in an age-appropriate manner consistent with PAM Health policies.

Holds current LPN/LVN licensure in the state (or compact licensure) and an AHA-approved BLS certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• LPN/LVN licensure in the state where the hospital resides or compact licensure
• BLS certification required; AHA-approved within 90 days of employment
• IV certification within 90 days if required by state regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as directed by an RN on the unit
• Gather and report data, carry out orders, and perform therapeutic procedures
• Deliver age-appropriate nursing care following PAM Health policies and procedures
