Job summary

ShiftKey, LLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver high-quality, hands-on care across partner healthcare facilities using our digital staffing marketplace. In this on-site role, you will perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, administer medications and treatments, support care plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR systems.

You’ll collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams, following infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in NY required.
• Experience delivering hands-on patient care.
• Knowledge of medications administration.
• Ability to work on-site in healthcare facilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and baseline measurements.
• Monitor and record vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plans.
