Shift Seekers Staffing in Scranton, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide direct patient care in a long term care setting and to supervise nursing assistants. The role requires an active LPN/LVN license and at least 1 year of experience, including 6 months in a Skilled Nursing facility.

Shifts include 8- and 12-hour options, with local assignments and flexibility. We offer guaranteed shifts, self-scheduling, holiday pay, weekly or daily pay options, employer‑paid benefits

Qualifications

• Must possess a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of employment or possess a valid compact license.
• Must have at least 1 year working experience as an LPN/LVN with at least 6 months of working as an LPN/LVN in a Skilled Nursing facility.
• Provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants
