Job summary

Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
- Compact licenses must be transferred to the state of residence within 90 days.
- Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required or provided after hire.
- TB skin test current within last 12 months.
- Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Provide licensed nursing care in patients' homes to support clinical outcomes.
- Utilize Aveanna tablet for electronic documentation during visits.
- Collaborate with clinicians and operators to coordinate care.
- Support flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends.
