Job summary

Five Star Nursing is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our client facilities in New York. You will provide follow-through of the physician’s plan of treatment under RN supervision and play a vital role as a health educator for patients, families, and communities.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license to work in New York.
• CPR certification (BLS or ALS) required.
• Meets US employment requirements in a Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients and families on proper treatment.
• Help patients take steps to improve or maintain health.
