Job summary

Well-Staffed is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing agency in Kansas. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the direction of registered nurses and other healthcare professionals as part of a coordinated care team.

Responsibilities include administering medications, assisting with care plans, monitoring residents, and ensuring accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN license in Kansas and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow directions from nursing staff.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Assist with developing and implementing care plans.
