Qualifications

- Strong patient assessment and clinical competency
- Reliable transportation to the worksite
- Alternate weekend availability required
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents per facility policies and procedures
- Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Collaborate with care team to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate with on-call staff
