Job summary

Community Dental Partners is seeking a Medicaid-credentialed General Dentist for flexible fill-in coverage across our East Texas practices. You will step in for dentists out of the office, with a guaranteed base pay and production-based compensation, while CDP manages travel and accommodations.

The role offers the opportunity to work in one- and two-doctor practices with full administrative support and a focus on quality patient care, while maintaining a flexible schedule and no long-term

Qualifications

• Must be MCNA Dental Texas Medicaid credentialed provider.
• Ability to live/travel within the East Texas region.
• Dentist with a commitment to positive patient care and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Cover East Texas practices on a fill-in basis with flexible scheduling.
• Work with fully supported front office and clinical staff.
• Maintain high-quality patient care in in-person settings across multiple offices.
