Smile Brands Inc. is seeking a locum dentist to join its flexible assignments across multiple markets in the United States. You will conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop tailored treatment plans while coordinating with dental staff.

This role offers autonomy, the opportunity to practice across diverse offices, and production upside beyond the daily rate. Eligible assignments include travel expense coverage and support from a dedicated Smile Brands team.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental examinations, diagnose oral health issues, and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment maintenance to promote long-term oral health.
• Lead your team, dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, procedures performed, and patient progress.
• Stay updated on advancements in dentistry, attend seminars, and pursue ongoing education to provide the latest and best treatments.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Education
