National Mortgage Field Services is seeking a dependable local contractor to perform exterior property inspections across Neshoba County and the Philadelphia area. You’ll drive to properties, capture exterior photos, and report basic condition information using a mobile app.

Work is on a flexible 1099 basis with payments per completed inspection. Training is provided, and prior inspection experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Ability to meet assignment deadlines.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned residential properties in your local area.
