Job summary

CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in 11+ states.

We offer full-time or part-time opportunities with a Monday–Friday schedule (7 AM–7 PM), no nights, weekends, or on-call, and a steady, reliable caseload close to home in

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Active LMHC license in state of practice.
• Bilingual Mandarin language capability is preferred or advantageous for schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations.
• Work independently within an integrated care team.
• Customize treatment plans for each patient’s needs.
• Focus fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties.
