Job summary

ABC Legal Services is seeking Process Servers to deliver legal documents across the United States, including Minnesota.

Work independently with a flexible schedule and a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Training and tools provided via a mobile app to claim jobs, map routes, and track pay.

Must have own transportation, valid driver’s license and insurance; expect early mornings, evenings and weekends. Prior process serving experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Be organized and able to plan routes efficiently.
• Plan your route and work independently.
• Friendly and personable when delivering documents.
• Own reliable transportation with a valid license and insurance.
• Tech savvy with a mobile app for claims and pay tracking.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Experience in process serving helpful but not required.
• Some states require you to be a Registered Process Server where applicable.
