Job summary

THE MURAD GROUP, LLC in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our behavioral health team. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and care coordination.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of clinical social work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Training in CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, or motivational interviewing.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Facilitate coordination of care with community resources.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Support discharge planning and transitions of care.
