Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, equipment and utensils.
• Keep dishwashing station and three-compartment sink clean.
• Ensure equipment is clean and in working condition; report issues to management.
• Perform light maintenance and custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude toward guests and co-workers.
• Adhere to safety policies and food safety/sanitation standards.
• Protect company assets and security of belongings.
