Job summary

Pandora in San Clemente is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) to deliver world-class service, exceed sales targets, and energize fans with product knowledge. You’ll help create memorable shopping moments and uphold brand standards in our store operations.

This role requires flexibility for peak hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, with an emphasis on customer connection and stunning brand experiences at Pandora. 18+ and eligibility to work are required.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement.
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
