Job summary

Pandora is hiring a Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) to deliver world-class service in our store. You will exceed sales goals, share product knowledge, and engage fans to build lasting relationships and brand loyalty.

This role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with peak-hour shifts and the ability to lift 50+ pounds. Pay ranges from $16.45 to $20.60 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you're a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of Care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.
