Pandora is seeking a Flexible Sales Associate at the Charlotte Premium Outlets. This part-time role focuses on delivering a world-class shopping experience, surpassing sales goals, and engaging fans with product knowledge.

You’ll work peak hours including evenings and weekends, with a schedule that fits a student or seasonal lifestyle. You’ll be part of Pandora’s iconic jewellery brand, helping customers express themselves through meaningful pieces.

Qualifications

• You can demonstrate you’re a results-oriented seller.
• You have developed a sense of care in your communication skills both written and verbal.
• You know how to charm and captivate an audience with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• You are at least 18 years or older and can provide proof of identify and eligibility to work.
• Dream and embrace adventure! A flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays is all part of the excitement. This can include standing for extended periods, ability to lift 50+ pounds and timely arrival to work.
• Flexible Schedule where you will work anywhere from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons.
• Reliable Support and step in during high-traffic times, special events, or when additional coverage is needed.

• The Flex Sales associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract our fans (customers).
• Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle. As a Flexible Staff Associate, you’ll jump in when it matters most (peak hours) to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations.
• Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery giving a voice to people’s loves.
