Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to join our fast-paced team. You will perform cleaning tasks across rooms, restrooms, offices, and public spaces while adhering to safety procedures.

The role offers flexible shifts, affordable benefits, and growth opportunities within a large, America-wide facility services company. Starting pay is $15.03 per hour, with shifts Mon-Fri daytime availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and safe handling for chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
