Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member in Albany, OR. Earn starting pay $18.50/hour with flexible shifts in a fast-paced, growing environment. Join a team focused on reliability and pride in service while following safety and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, restrooms, offices, and common areas, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and maintaining logs. Requires ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand 10–12 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Must stand and walk for 10–12 hours per shift.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals (English; may include Spanish where state required)

Responsibilities

• Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairs, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed).
• Complete sweep logs, as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
