Job summary

Far Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in Frontier County, Nebraska. You will control your own schedule, managing routing and territory while earning a per-inspection fee with a pay potential equivalent to $25–$35 per hour.

As a 1099 field inspector, you’ll capture property status, take 9+ photos, and submit reports via mobile apps. This role requires reliable transportation, a smartphone, and the ability to pass a background check,

Qualifications

• Own time-management skills and reliability for independent work.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Smartphone and internet access for reporting from the field.
