Job summary

Vassar & Company Properties is seeking experienced Carpet Cleaning Technicians to service our residential and commercial property portfolio in the Tampa area. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible, appointment-based scheduling.

Responsibilities include steam and deep cleaning, stain and odor removal, and preparing properties for tenants or listings. Requires own equipment, valid driver's license, and ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Prior carpet cleaning experience is required.
• Must have own carpet cleaning equipment (truck-mounted or portable).
• Knowledge of different carpet types and stain removal techniques.
• Valid driver2s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpet cleaning services (steam cleaning, deep cleaning, stain and odor removal).
• Service residential homes, rental properties, and light commercial spaces.
• Prepare properties for tenants, homeowners, or real estate listings.
• Assess carpet condition and recommend cleaning solutions.
• Maintain equipment and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Communicate job status, findings, and completion updates.
