Professional Case Management in Tennessee is hiring Registered Nurses to provide in-home healthcare to help those who have served our country. You will develop one-on-one relationships with patients in the comfort of their homes.

Qualifications

• RN must graduate from a state-approved nursing program.
• Current, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum one year RN experience in acute care or equivalent; new grads considered.
• Current CPR certification and TB test.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes and perform in-home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home nursing care to clients.
• Maintain patient safety and uphold agency policies and procedures.
• Develop strong, one-on-one relationships with patients in their homes.
• Collaborate with care team to promote health, safety and quality of life.
