Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists to serve adult and geriatric patients in the greater Philadelphia area. You will deliver in-home PT with a flexible schedule and a consistent caseload, supported by a therapy-first clinical and administrative team.

Requirements include an active PT license, BLS CPR, reliable transportation, and comfort with EMR systems. Compensation is paid per visit and varies with experience and equity within the agency network.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards
