Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Central MT is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide in-home care for seniors and patients with chronic conditions. The role offers work-life balance with flexible scheduling and one-on-one CNA-to-patient relationships.

Requirements include Montana CNA certification, CPR, a valid Montana driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Travel reimbursement and after-hours/weekend pay differential are provided as part of the role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Montana CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Valid Montana driver's license, auto insurance and transportation.
• Compassionate nature, good communicator and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care for seniors and clients with illness or chronic disease.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Work with a team of home health nurses, aides and therapists
