Fresh Perspective Home Care in Parchment, Michigan is hiring compassionate individuals for a part-time caregiver role to support seniors at home. We welcome applicants with experience as a Caregiver, HHA, PCA, DSP, CNA or those new to caregiving, and provide training and ongoing support.

You will offer companionship, assist with daily activities, help with meals and light housekeeping, and accompany clients to errands or appointments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical in-home care and companionship.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Drive or accompany clients to errands and appointments.
• Be a dependable, positive presence in clients' lives.
