Job summary

TheKey, LLC is urgently hiring caregivers in Marin County, CA. Earn $22-$26 per hour with flexible schedules, weekly pay and optional daily pay through PayActiv. Benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401(k) with employer match.

Paid training and referral bonuses are offered along with 24/7 caregiver support and local management. Locations include Marin County with Monday-Sunday scheduling and flexible daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA Registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain this upon hire) including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license, with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB Clearance or Chest X-Ray.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes: Personal care, dressing, bathing, grooming and assisting with meals; Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing; Transportation: Driving clients to appointments, running errands, and grocery shopping; Companionship: games, puzzles or other activities that provide social and emotional support.
