Job summary

CareLinx by Sharecare in Clarkston, WA is seeking experienced in-home caregivers to provide non-clinical support to health plan members and private clients. You control your schedule through the CareLinx app, choosing shifts that fit your availability and goals, from recurring to per-diem engagements.

As a caregiver, you will assist with activities of daily living, document tasks in the app, and communicate with the CarePartner team.

Qualifications

Minimum 6 months caregiving experience or relevant education/certification.
Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app.
Ability to communicate in English; bilinguals encouraged.
Reliable transportation to client homes.
Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with ADLs: companionship, meal prep, mobility support, bathing/grooming/dressing, reminders (non-clinical), light housekeeping.
Complete and document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift.
Monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to the CareLinx clinical team.
Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app.
Communicate with your CarePartner regarding case updates or client changes.
Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
