Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Minimum one year of documented caregiver experience preferred.
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with hygiene care including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding and light housekeeping.
• Take and record vital signs, height and weight as needed.
• Assist with range of motion and document changes per plan of care.
• Create and maintain a safe environment aligned with policies and standards.
